Fit4All
Empowering Neurodiverse Athletes Through Strength, Confidence, and Community
About Fit4All
Fit4All is an exercise program designed for neurodiverse individuals that is held at CrossFit Unlimited Potential. It is designed and coached by Erica Newfang, MA, CF-L1 and Cali Sienkowski, MA, BCBA, special educators who have extensive experience working with neurodiverse learners. The program includes strength and endurance work in a fun, inclusive atmosphere. Athletes learn how to set up and utilize gym equipment, learn about rates of exertion, improve body awareness and gain confidence in their abilities. Improvements in strength, endurance, and agility are tracked over time.
Fit4All sessions run throughout the year. Following a short interview and questionnaire, our athletes are placed in either a beginner or intermediate level. Please reach out tofit4allexercise@gmail.com and visit us on Facebook @Fit4All for more information.
